Service Description
Scoot Boots are perfect for all riding disciplines and a dependable rehab and transition boot. As an approved Stockist, we offer custom fitting services to make sure you get exactly the boot you're horse needs. Fittings must be booked within two weeks from your horse's last trim. Travel charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes we need a little flexibility... As a courtesy to our staff and other clients who may be waiting for appointments, we ask that you provide us with sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another client. For any same day changes, please call. We reserve the right to charge you the full amount for the missed appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled if necessary to ensure that we can serve our other clients on time. Any accounts overdue will not be able to book future sessions until they're up to date. Please note that we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you in these situations. However, repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in our inability to continue offering our services to you.
